What day will I be billed for my internet service? |

All internet accounts are billed on the 1st of every month regardless of the day of the week in which the 1st falls. All accounts that fail authorization will be tried again on the 5th. If an account fails the second billing attempt on the 5th, a reminder email will be sent to notify the customer. Accounts not paid by the 10th of the month will be disconnected and a Service Restore fee may be charged to re-connect service to the customer. |
