Why are some words in the Knowledge Base Articles red and seem to be highlighted in gray? Why does my cursor display a question mark when I hover over those words?

To help understand the meanings of some words, we have created a glossary of terms. Any word that is contained in the glossary will be displayed in red and highlighted in a knowledge base article. The question mark appears to indicate that would is listed in our glossary.

To display the meaning or definition of the word, hover your mouse over the word and click on it. A bubble will appear with the definition of the word.
