Is there a way to get a quick answer to a question while I am on the computer?

Sure,

Open up your browser and visit our "Start" page by typing "start" without the quotes, into your browser address bar and you will be redirected to this page: http://start.thswireless.com.

Once there, login if you are not already logged in. Once logged in you will see a box on the left of the page that says "Google Talk". You will notice that admin@thswireless.com has already been added to your contacts. Click on us (admin@thswireless.com) and start a conversation with us anytime. If we are available the dot beside our name will be green. This is an easy way for you to have a question answered in real time by a live person...how cool is that!
