How do I add an Email Account to my THS Wireless Account?

All Residential Accounts may have up to 10 email accounts at no extra cost and Commercial Account may have up to 20 email accounts.

To add an email address simply send your request to support@thswireless.com, please include the email address name you are requesting. You may also request a new email address by using the Contact Form here in the Knowledge Base. Please use "New Email Account" in the subject line so that we may assist you quicker.

Once the new email address has been added we will notify you. This will usually be completed within a half an hour of your request during business hours.
